ACTING COACH/TEACHER
LILA has been in the Entertainment industry approximately 27 years
starting out in
front of
the cameras. She appeared in such
productions as “MURDER IN TEXAS”,
“THE IDOLMAKER”, “GENERAL
HOSPITAL”, “LOVE FOR RENT”, etc. in addition
to standing in for Angie Dickinson and many others.
She then
made the transition to behind the cameras as a Casting Director/On-Set
Casting
Coordinator/Acting Teacher and Coach for both kids and adults. As an
On-set
Casting Coordinator she worked on approximately 150 feature films. As a
Casting
Director for principals, models, extras, etc. she has worked on hundreds of
commercials,
feature films, television, etc. casting “anything that breathes” as she is
fond of
saying.
In
addition to being one of the Founding Members of CCDA (Commercial Casting
Directors Assn.), Lila is also one of the recipients of “THE BRONZE HALO AWARD
OF SPECIAL MERIT FOR
OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO THE ENTERTAINMENT
INDUSTRY” presented by the
So. Calif. Motion Picture Council, and is listed in
“THE NATIONAL REGISTRY OF
WHO’S WHO IN EXECUTIVE AND BUSINESS”.
She has
